After 13 years at Google, I chose to follow my truth: Blending ancient wisdom with modern practices to help people uncover their true essence, elevate their energetics, and craft an aligned life.

I've had the honor of coaching women to find more meaning, flow, and magic, from corporate professionals and coaches to stay-at-home moms and small business owners.

With a passion for teaching and a strong background in presenting and leading workshops, I also bring this work to groups and corporate teams.

I'm certified as a Spiritual Life Coach (Dharma Coaching Institute) and trained as a Career Coach (Google) and Conscious Coach (CCA).

As a New Yorker, mom, and former corporate professional, my approach is practical and rooted in real life. I’ve also spent over a decade exploring the unseen through formal learning and self study. My work bridges both worlds, drawing from disciplines including: Ayurveda/Yoga, Kabbalah, Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork, Journaling, Intuitive Guidance, Human Design, Psychology, Character Theory, and more.
