After 13 years at Google, I reached a moment many high-achievers eventually face: What had brought success no longer felt fulfilling. Rather than force what wasn't working, I chose to follow my calling: Helping others live theirs.

I specialize in guiding people when the old way of succeeding stops working, and clarity hasn’t arrived yet. I’ve coached corporate professionals, executives, business owners, and parents navigating identity shifts to create lives that reflect who they truly are.

With a background in teaching and facilitation, I also bring this work to groups via workshops, panels, and media.

I’m certified through the Dharma Coaching Institute and trained as both a Career Coach at Google and a Conscious Coach at Conscious Coaches Accelerator.
